These terms of use, along with policies and guidelines located throughout the Waterworld ticketing website identify what users of the Waterworld ticketing website can expect from Waterworld Leisure Ltd, and what we expect from users.

By accessing any areas of the Waterworld ticketing website, users are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and other policies and guidelines identified throughout the Waterworld ticketing website.

These terms and conditions apply to use of the waterworld-tickets.co.uk service and website.

In these terms and conditions ("the Terms"):"Agreement" means the Client's agreement to use the Services and pay the Charges subject to these Terms or as otherwise agreed in writing; "Charges" means waterworld-tickets.co.uk's charges for the Services as agreed between the parties in writing from time to time; "Client" is the person to whom waterworld-tickets.co.uk are providing the Services pursuant to these Terms; "Data" means the ticketing data resulting from the processing of transactions by waterworld-tickets.co.uk (which may include sensitive personal data); "Intellectual Property" means any and all patents, copyrights (including future copyrights), design rights, trade marks, service marks, domain names, trade secrets, know-how, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, and including applications for any of the foregoing and all rights of a similar nature which may exist anywhere in the world in or arising out of the waterworld-tickets.co.uk business model, the Material, the Trade Mark or the provision of the Services. "Material" includes, in addition to a document in writing, the Data, databases, computer software (including the Software), designs, drawings, pictures or other images (whether still or moving), the Site, sounds or any other record of any information in any form; "Consumers" means individuals who have placed an order for tickets through the waterworld-tickets.co.uk system; "Services" means the provision of the waterworld-tickets.co.uk e-commerce services and Software, whereby (i) waterworld-tickets.co.uk provides the services, by which persons can order electronic (email or SMS) tickets for an event from the Client, where the payment is processed by a third party (ii) waterworld-tickets.co.uk provides the Software to access the ticketing data collected; "Site" means waterworld-tickets.co.uk 's web site from which the Services can be accessed; "Software" means waterworld-tickets.co.uk's e-commerce sales, management and manipulation software which is made available for use by waterworld-tickets.co.uk to the Client over the internet as part of the Services; "waterworld-tickets.co.uk" means Waterworld Leisure Ltd (registered in England) whose registered office is Waterworld Leisure Ltd, Festival Park, Etruria, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST1 5PU ; and "Trade Mark" means the "Waterworld", “M Club Spa and Fitness” and “Adventure Mini Golf” trade marks, logos, unregistered trade marks and any future registration of either of these marks or any similar mark or application for registration anywhere in the world.

Your details that we need and how we use them

To process your order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit or debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we are unable to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. A telephone number is also required so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. Unless you advise us otherwise, we may pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order. When you register with us you can choose whether or not you would like to be sent notification of special offers, promotions and other correspondence from us via your email. This relates to marketing material from Waterworld Leisure Group and all its associated brands/companies. Even if you opt out of this, Waterworld Leisure Limited reserves the right to contact you about your order including requesting feedback on your visit.

Data Protection and security of information

Our site uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order or access your account information. Our software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us to minimise the risk of this being intercepted before it is received by us. We follow a strict security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access. Access to customer account information is limited solely to those who need access for the performance of their job. We use full login and password controls on our sales control system. Confidentiality and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updated as required to further protect your personal data.

Although our cookies do not contain any personal information about you and are used only to determine your browser and user preferences for our site. This helps us to provide you with the service that you deserve as a valued customer.

Customer Consent

Your use of our website signifies your consent to the collection, processing and use of personal information by us for the purpose of administering and dealing with your order or account, market research, processing your payments, credit reference checking and fraud detection, and for marketing purposes as outlined within this document. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site so that you may ensure that you are fully informed of your rights and can notify us of any changes to your preferences.

Credit cards and security

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information that you input.

When you place an order, your credit card numbers are not stored, neither do we allow you to store this number in your account for safety reasons. We only transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during the processing of your orders, and only the bank will ever hold your card details. We use PGP software to encrypt your details as they are transferred to our database. It is vitally important that you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Always ensure that you always log off once you have finished using a shared computer.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible to the other party in circumstances where some or all of the obligations under the Agreement cannot be performed due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the defaulting party, including an Act of God, change in legislation, fire, explosion, flood, accident, strike, lockout or other industrial dispute, war, terrorist act, riot, civil commotion, failure of public power supplies, failure of communication facilities, default of suppliers or sub-contractors, closure of our facility due to government enforced lockdowns (e.g. during a pandemic) or the inability to secure computer processing facilities (including those of the necessary quality or security), obtain SMS text messaging services, obtain materials or supplies and, in all cases, the inability to do so except at increased prices (whether or not due to such causes). However, if such circumstances persist for more than 28 days, the non-defaulting party may terminate the Agreement and all charges due to waterworld-tickets.co.uk up to the date of termination shall become due.

Visit Specific Terms

All guests are guaranteed at least 3 hours in the water park (providing your arrival time allows). During quieter periods we do not call sessions out of the water and you are free to enjoy our waterpark for a longer period.

Tickets are non-refundable and transfers of date are only allowed if enough notice is given. If you cannot attend on the date you have pre-booked for, please call to rearrange your visit. You normally have 30 days to re-use your ticket before it expires but you must give us at least 1 week's notice when re-booking tickets.* You may only re-book your tickets on one occasion. All Tickets are non-refundable. Should Government guidelines result in closure of our facility, we will of course rearrange your visit for when we are able to reopen. Opening times and prices are subject to change without notice.

* Group/Party bookings must visit on the date and time they have booked for as these tickets are only valid for the chosen date.
